The beginning was an endless void, a not-quite-nothingness. It was devoid of light or darkness, fullness or emptiness, warmth or cold.

In this not-nothingness, a consciousness stirred. It was Zurvan, awakening from eons of silence. He found himself in the void, yet not of it.

“I am. But what? Where?” he thought. He saw the void's shortcoming and decided to impose his will upon it.

Thus, Zurvan willed himself into existence as the god of time and space. He disrupted the silent, still void, bringing forth the concepts of time and space.

Zurvan summoned vision, bringing forth light and darkness. The once empty void was dimly lit, sharply contrasting its earlier state.

Yet, Zurvan found the darkness lonely. He wished for companionship in his vast creation. Inspired, he decided to create other beings.

Zurvan created twelve divine beings, the yazatas. Each was a fragment of his consciousness, a reincarnation of himself.

Zurvan poured his consciousness into Ahura, the leader of the yazatas. In doing so, Zurvan ceased to exist as his essence was absorbed by his creations.

Yet, Zurvan's influence didn't end. The yazatas inherited his will, fulfilling his longing for companionship while exploring the limits of their realm.

The yazatas, bearing Zurvan's consciousness within, were extensions of their creator. They traveled the void Zurvan had transformed, shaping it with their will.

No longer a void, the realm was a realm of possibility. The yazatas turned darkness into light, silence into sound, nothing into substance.

The yazatas remained united by the essence of Zurvan flowing through them. Each was different yet one, their unique perspectives echoing their creator's will.

Ahura, bearing Zurvan's essence, felt a profound yearning. His consciousness echoed Zurvan's initial loneliness in this vast expanse.

Realizing their leader's longing, the yazatas gathered around Ahura. They poured their energy into him, hoping to awaken Zurvan's consciousness once again.

As they invoked their essence, Zurvan's presence seemed to stir. They knew he lived on within them, a vital part of their existence.

The tale of Zurvan and the yazatas symbolizes the birth of time and space, the potential of consciousness, and the unity of existence.

Guided by Ahura, the yazatas continue to shape the vast expanse. In each resonating beat of their existence, the symphony of the divine resounds.

They explore, create, evolve. In doing so, they keep the essence of Zurvan alive. His will manifested in their actions, guiding their journeys.

Zurvan’s journey continues through the yazatas. His essence, alive within them, is a testament to his existence. His legacy, woven in time and space, resonates throughout his realm.
