"Hello, ants!" Sammy called out, trying not to scare them away. He was much bigger than the tiny ants, and he didn't want to seem threatening.

The leading ant stopped and turned toward Sammy. She was surprised to see a large squirrel talking to her. "Hello, Sammy. What can we do for you?"

Sammy explained his problem to the ants. He told them about the delicious apple he wanted to reach and how he had fallen trying to get it.
