The Bakusquad, missing one member, stood in front of the message-laden room. The first note was stuck on the mirror, caught between bemusement and worry.

"How does one even get an F-?!" Bakugo grumbled, glowering at the note. The others shushed him, trying to maintain the solemn atmosphere.

The second note was covered in doodles, trailing off into nonsensical ramblings about bananas and jump scares. It was undeniably Kaminari.

"He can't even spell banana right." Sero snickered, breaking the tension. The group chuckled, their anxiety momentarily forgotten.

The next note mentioned swallowing a battery. Panic surged within the group again, as they wondered what kind of hijinks Kaminari got into now.

Another note addressed to Mina only deepened the mystery, hinting at a conversation about unspoken crushes between their friends.

"This is serious, guys," Kirishima stated, hushed. "We need to figure out what's going on." The air became solemn once more.

The last note mentioned short-circuiting and making toast. It was a bizarre mix of serious and lighthearted, just like Kaminari himself.

They began to explore the room, hoping to find clues about their friend’s mysterious absence. His belongings felt eerily quiet without him.

Mina noticed something lodged under the bed. Pulling it out, she discovered a notebook crammed full with sketchy diagrams and notes.

It was a manifestation of Kaminari’s chaotic mind - full of half-formed thoughts and scribbled-down ideas. Some seemed to hint at his whereabouts.

They bookmarked the useful pages and decided to split into teams. They needed to cover more ground and get answers faster.

Team one, comprised of Bakugo and Kirishima, was tasked with investigating Kaminari’s favorite haunts around the city.

Team two, Mina and Sero, were assigned to search through Kaminari’s social media and text messages in hopes of finding any clues.

The city was a vast labyrinth, filled with potential dangers and uncharted territories. But for their friend, they braved the unknown.

Mina and Sero combed through every hashtag, every post. They found nothing of significance - until they landed on a post from the night before.

It showcased a foreign gadget tagged with #NewProject. Kaminari’s fascination with electronics could’ve led him somewhere dangerous.

Meanwhile, Bakugo and Kirishima faced similar dead ends. Until, a shopkeeper recognized Kaminari from his photo and recalled him visiting that morning.

He had mentioned something about taking a trip to the outskirts of the city. Just as things were beginning to look bleak, they had a lead.

Reunited, the Bakusquad ventured to the outskirts. Clenching their fists, they were adamant on bringing their missing friend back home.

The outskirts were desolate, the abandoned factories echoing with the wind. Just as they were about to lose hope, a familiar voice reached them.

"Guys, over here!" It was Kaminari, his voice strained from yelling. He was huddled in a shadowy corner, looking more relieved than scared.

"I'm so glad you're here," he admitted. He had been working on a new invention which malfunctioned, his teleportation device had trapped him here.

The group shared laughter and sighs of relief, tension draining from their bodies. Kaminari was safe, and that's all that mattered.

They returned back to school, their bond strengthened by the harrowing experience. Kaminari's room now held a new note: "Don't worry, I'm safe now :D"
