Once upon a time, in the colorful town of Clownsville, lived an unusually hilarious clown named Sammy. Sammy was known far and wide for his silly tricks and endless humor.

Sammy's favorite trick was to juggle pineapples while hopping on one foot. The children would burst into peals of laughter watching him stumble and regain balance.

One day, Sammy decided to introduce a new friend in his act, a parrot named Polly. He was sure Polly's squawking antics would bring even more laughter.

Sammy trained Polly to mimic his laughter, and soon the duo was a hit. The town square echoed with their synchronized laughter, making everyone around giggle.

One morning, Sammy woke up with a terrible cold. He tried to laugh, but all that came out was a weak squeak. The town's funniest clown couldn't make anyone laugh!

The day of the contest arrived. One by one, the children performed their acts. Sammy appreciated their efforts but his cold made it hard for him to laugh.

Just as everyone was losing hope, little Timmy stepped forward. Timmy was the quietest child in town, but he had a secret talent: he could wiggle his ears!

Timmy wiggled his ears, first slowly, then faster. His face turned red, and he tripped over his shoelaces. The sight was so unexpected, Sammy burst into laughter!

Sammy's laughter echoed around the square, and soon everyone joined in. Even Polly squawked happily, flying around in circles above the crowd.

The 'Make Sammy Laugh' contest had been a success! Sammy thanked Timmy for his hilarious act and promised to include him in his future performances.
