The Tumbling Thunder

It was a typical late night for the Bakusquad, a group of friends from Class 1-A at U.A. High School. The dormitory was quiet, save for the soft snores of its resting inhabitants.

Kaminari Denki was always the odd one out, his energy and ADHD making it impossible to stick to normal sleep schedules. Tonight was no exception.

While the rest of the Bakusquad lie nestled in their beds, Kaminari found himself wandering the dormitory halls. His stomach was grumbling, demanding a late-night snack.

With a lopsided grin, Kaminari tiptoed down the hallway, careful not to disturb his peers. He made his way to the stairs that led to the common room kitchen.

His excitement got the better of him, and Kaminari sprinted down the stairs. Unfortunately, with his attention split between his hunger and the descending steps, it was a recipe for disaster.

His foot missed a step, sending him tumbling down the staircase with a loud thump that echoed throughout the dormitory. The impact was harsh, but Kaminari was no stranger to accidents.

The thunderous noise broke the silence, jolting the sleeping Bakusquad members from their dreams. Groaning, they peered out of their rooms to locate the source of the disturbance.

Seeing Kaminari sprawled on the stairs, they groaned in unison. "Not again, Kaminari!" Bakugo hissed, rubbing his tired eyes. This was a common occurrence, yet it never ceased to annoy them.

Ignoring the complaints, Kaminari picked himself up. "It's cool, guys! Just wanted a snack," he said, wincing as he dusted off his pajamas. He then disappeared into the kitchen.

Meanwhile, Mina and Sero had already returned to their rooms, used to Kaminari's midnight antics. Kirishima, however, decided to check on him, being the kind-hearted soul that he was.

He found Kaminari in the kitchen, triumphantly munching on a bag of chips. "Are you okay, dude?" Kirishima asked, looking at Kaminari. He nodded, crunching on another handful of chips.

After ensuring that Kaminari was indeed okay, Kirishima retreated to his room, leaving Kaminari to his snack. Satisfied, Kaminari finished his chips and made his way back to his room.

This time, he was more careful, tip-toeing silently passed the sleeping rooms. He didn't want another incident, especially after the lecture he knew would be waiting for him in the morning.

As he finally reached his room, Kaminari let out a relieved sigh. Despite the tumble and the scolding he would get, he had managed to satisfy his snack craving. Mission accomplished.

The next morning, the Bakusquad congregated in the common room for breakfast. "We need to bubble wrap you," Mina stated, pointing her fork at Kaminari.

Kaminari laughed, shrugging his shoulders. "I can't help it if I'm electric on and off the battlefield!" He joked, grinning at his friends.

"Denki, you're a walking safety hazard," Bakugo grumbled, but there was a hint of a smile on his face. It seemed like they were all eventually getting used to Kaminari's ways.

The rest of the morning was filled with laughter and friendly banter, the usual for the Bakusquad. Kaminari's incident from the night before had become a new joke in their group.

After breakfast, they all went about their day, each with their own tasks. The incident of the previous night was soon forgotten, buried under the pile of schoolwork and training.

Being the center of attention never bothered Kaminari. He wore his clumsiness like a badge of honor. After all, it was a part of who he was, and he wouldn't change it for the world.

That night, Kaminari found himself once again with a grumbling stomach. As he cautiously opened his door, he paused, looking at the stairs that led to the kitchen.

A memory of the previous night flashed in his mind, making him wince. But as the smell of leftover snacks wafted in his direction, Kaminari took a deep breath and started his descent.

This time, he made it to the kitchen without any accidents, earning a quiet victory for himself. As he munched on his victory snack, Kaminari couldn't help but smile.

After finishing his snack, Kaminari made his way back to his room. With each step, he realized that yes, he was clumsy and full of energy, but that was okay. It made him who he was.

Because in the end, being yourself, with all your quirks and imperfections, was the most important thing. And for Kaminari Denki, that included late-night snack adventures and tumbling down stairs.
