Hanatamago was always a playful creature, her little tail wagging whenever she saw me. She would jump onto my chest and nuzzle her face into my neck. Finland, on the other hand, was a different story.

"Not tonight, W'fe," I said sternly. Finland pouted, his violet eyes shimmering in the dim light. "But Sve...," he whined. I sighed, stroking his hair gently.

"I said no, Finland." I reiterated, a bit more firmly this time. He huffed, crossing his arms over his chest. I knew he was upset, but he needed to understand.

"Fine," Finland huffed, his pout now replaced with a stubborn scowl. He turned away from me, curling himself around Hanatamago. I watched them for a moment, feeling a hint of guilt. Their bond was something I admired, and I didn't want to be the one to break it.

“Maybe you’re right…” I muttered more to myself than to him, reaching out to stroke his blonde hair gently. “We can have some fun, just not tonight.” Finland turned to look at me, his violet eyes lighting up with hope. “Promise?” He asked, his voice small. “Promise.” I confirmed, smiling at him.

With that, Finland seemed satisfied. He turned back around, cuddling into Hanatamago once again. I watched as he quickly fell asleep, his breathing slowing down. I soon followed suit, falling into a deep sleep.
