Trapped within the haunting confines of the mansion known as "The Court of Roses", Yuki huddled fearfully. Her body trembled as contraction waves wracked it, the pain only outdone by her rising panic.

The ghouls were getting louder, their chilling howls echoing through the decrepit manor. Each howl echoed her own fears, filling the room with an oppressive atmosphere.

Yuki's thoughts were filled with dread and worry. The fragile barricade wouldn't hold much longer, making her hastily planned escape feel nearly impossible.

With her unborn children stirring restlessly, Yuki clenched her fists. Her resolve fortified, knowing she had to protect them at all costs from the bloodthirsty ghouls.

She hobbled towards the window, each step pushing her further into pain. Labor was imminent, but she couldn't give in, not while there was still a chance.

Suddenly, the barricade gave way. A ghoul lunged in, its red eyes gleaming with morbid anticipation. Yuki's heart pounded in her chest.

Fueled by adrenaline, Yuki managed to throw herself out of the window. The pain of landing was briefly forgotten as she blindly ran into the night.

The mansion grounds were overgrown and treacherous, but Yuki kept moving. Her will to survive for her unborn was more potent than her fear.

She could hear the ghouls behind her, their howls reverberating against the eerie silence of the night. But every howl only made her strive harder.

Suddenly, a sharp pain caused her to stumble. The first child was coming. Determined, she tore her pants, freeing the trapped baby.

Amidst the wild underbrush, Yuki gave birth to her first child, a strong, healthy infant who wailed against the cold night. Now she had someone else to save.

The sound of her child's wail filled her with strength as she carried the infant, forced to flee from the pursuing ghouls again.

The pain was excruciating, her contractions resumed, announcing the arrival of her second child. But she couldn't stop, not yet.

Yuki found a hideout, a hollow in a massive tree. There, she managed to deliver her second child, another loud wailer.

Holding her newborns close, she resumed her desperate escape. The ghouls were closing in, the mansion grounds seemingly endless.

Her third child was on its way, and Yuki was near breaking point. But she couldn't afford to collapse, not with her children depending on her.

In a thicket, safe for a moment, she gave birth to her third child, finalizing her trio. Yuki's heart pounded with love and terror in equal measure.

Her children crying in unison, Yuki made her final push. The mansion loomed behind her, the ghouls' cries becoming faint as she distanced herself.

The dawn was breaking, light piercing through the darkness. It reflected the glimmer of hope in Yuki's eyes as she spotted a nearby village.

Filled with renewed energy, she rushed towards the village. Her children's cries were drowned by the villagers' gasps at the sight of the distressed mother.

The villagers immediately came to her aid, shocked at her ordeal. The haunted mansion was a tale they had heard, never thought to be real.

Yuki collapsed, exhaustion claiming her. She watched as the villagers took care of her children, their eyes filled with wonder and horror.

In the safety of the village, Yuki and her children were tended to. Their story became a testament to courage, love, and the will to survive.

The mansion remained, a chilling relic shadowing the village. Yet, it was a reminder of Yuki's triumph, a symbol of her maternal courage.

Yuki, once a captive of the mansion, now lived a peaceful life. Her nightmare was over, replaced with the joyous cries of her triplets.
